How much does it cost to use Linkame to sell tickets?

Linkame is free of charge for free events. For paid events, fees ranging from 3.501% to 4.501% plus €0.99 per ticket sold apply, with no monthly fees. All AI features (polls, Q&A, breakout sessions, matching) are included.

What types of tickets can I create?

It is possible to create unique tickets or multiple types (Early Bird, Standard, VIP, Last Minute), with limited or unlimited seats per type or for the total event. Period pricing automatically changes when each phase expires.

Can I create discount codes or promotions for tickets?

Yes. Fixed discount codes (e.g. SCONTO20 = €20 off) or percentage-based codes (e.g. EARLY10 = 10% off) are available, either as one-off codes or codes valid for a set number of uses, with a configurable expiry date. Every code is tracked: you can see how many tickets it has generated.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Linkame accepts credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, Satispay and Google Pay (via Stripe). The participant chooses the method at checkout.

When do I receive payment for tickets sold?

The credit will be applied to the organiser's bank account within 7 working days of the event's conclusion. For multi-day events, the count begins from the last day.

How does billing work?

There are two options available. Option A: the organiser issues invoices, receiving buyer data from Linkame, with no additional costs. Option B: Linkame issues electronic invoices with automatic sending to the Italian Revenue Agency's Exchange System at a cost of €1 + VAT per invoice. This is chosen when creating the event.

Can I manage refunds directly from the platform?

Yes. The refund policy is customisable (full, partial, or none). Linkame provides a tool to process refunds with a single click via automatic payment reversal.

Can I transfer a ticket from one attendee to another?

Yes. The transfer happens via the app (by sending the ticket to a Linkame contact who must accept) or via QR code for immediate use. The organiser always sees who holds each ticket.

How does check-in with Linkame work?

Through the LinkAmeCheck app, the ticket's QR code is scanned with real-time validation and blocking of duplicate entries. It also works offline and synchronises data when the connection is restored. For multi-day events, separate check-in is available for each day.

Does Linkame ticketing also work for online and hybrid events?

Yes. Linkame manages physical and virtual tickets for in-person, online, and hybrid events, with unified networking for those attending in person and those attending remotely.

Can I manually add participants (speakers, guests, sponsors)?

Yes. The manual entry function is available without fees for tickets not sold via the platform. Perfect for speakers, guests, and sponsors.

Can I integrate ticket sales into my website?

Yes. Linkame offers integration via API to sell tickets directly from your website, maintaining your branding. It is possible to customise the event page with a custom logo, colours, and header.
